What services does BAYAS provide?
On-site repair of laptops, desktops, MacBooks, printers, UPS and CC cameras anywhere in Dhaka. We also build custom PCs at home, perform chip-level motherboard repair, and offer maintenance contracts for offices.
Do you repair at my home or only in your workshop?
Most repairs are done at your home or office in Dhaka. Only complex chip-level board work requires a workshop trip, for which we offer free pickup and delivery.
What is the home visit fee?
Standard home visit and diagnosis is BDT 700 to 1,200 depending on your Dhaka zone. The fee is included as a credit if you proceed with repair.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. WhatsApp us before 4 pm for a same-day slot in most Dhaka zones. Emergency 2 to 3 hour response is available for business clients.
What is your warranty?
All workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days in writing. Replacement parts carry the original manufacturer or retailer warranty, typically 3 to 12 months.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We source from authorized retailers in Dhaka and provide the retail invoice in your name. We never use counterfeit batteries, fake screens or undisclosed refurbished parts.
Which brands do you support?
All major brands sold in Bangladesh — HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Razer, Apple MacBook and iMac, Microsoft Surface, plus all popular printer, UPS and CCTV brands.
Can BAYAS recover my data?
Yes. We image drives before any risky procedure and offer dedicated data recovery for failed drives, dead boards and water-damaged devices when physically possible.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Annual maintenance is available for offices, schools, hospitals and shops — covering printers, UPS, CCTV and computer fleets with priority response.
How do I get a quote?

What payment do you accept?
Cash on completion, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Office invoices available for corporate clients.
Is BAYAS available on weekends?
Yes. We operate seven days a week, 8 am to 11 pm. Emergency phone and WhatsApp support runs 24/7.
