1. Service scope
BAYAS provides on-site and workshop-based repair of computers, laptops, MacBooks, printers, UPS units, CC camera systems and related accessories within Dhaka, Bangladesh.
2. Quotes and pricing
All work is preceded by a verbal or written quote. Diagnostic fees apply per visit and are credited toward the final invoice if you proceed with the recommended repair. Parts are billed at retail with invoice in the customer's name.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide a safe, accessible workspace during a home visit.
- Back up critical data where possible before service.
- Disclose any prior repair attempts on the device.
4. Warranty
BAYAS provides a 30-day workmanship warranty on every repair. Replacement parts carry the original manufacturer or retailer warranty. Workmanship warranty is voided by post-service tampering, liquid damage, or unauthorized opening of the device.
5. Data and privacy
Customer data on the device is not accessed beyond the requirements of the repair. Drive formats happen only with written consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Liability
BAYAS is liable for direct damages caused by proven negligence during service, up to the value of the service invoice. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data not part of an agreed recovery scope, or pre-existing faults disclosed only after work begins.
7. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the agreed work. We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Office invoices are issued on request.
8. Cancellation
Visits may be rescheduled or cancelled up to two hours before the agreed time. Late cancellations may incur a callout fee.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with disputes subject to the courts of Dhaka.
